Telectronics IT operates two fully equipped radio workshops in it's privately owned Limassol HQ, for the after sales service support, repairs and maintenance of equipment and systems. Fully trained engineers and service cars for on-site installations and maintenance.

With over 40 years of experience and with our fully trained radio engineers, we are one of the market-leading Two Way Radio companies . We are 100% confident that our experienced engineers and service can overcome any obstacles and support your company’s Two Way Radio communication or systems on an ongoing basis.
With our maintenance packages, you can be sure that technical support is in place, and this can include servicing, repairs, engineers’ visits and more. Once your maintenance agreement is in place, you are assured of prompt, friendly and reliable service.
There are several levels of agreement available each of which gives you the assurance that your system will provide you with long service and also allows you to budget for ongoing radio costs. Each package is individually created to address your needs.

HIRE
TELECTRONICS IT offers long term hires and short term hires (including event radio hire) to a multitude of customers . We have a large number of hire stock from all major radio brands both in Analog or Digital models. The service we provide removes many of the headaches that come with setting up a radio system. We do this at a very competitive price while taking pride in the fact that our equipment is very high quality and extremely reliable in nature.
One of the benefits of hiring through TELECTRONICS IT is that you won’t need to worry about the maintenance and upkeep of the units. If you were to encounter an issue with one of the handsets, you merely need to contact us and we will arrange the delivery of an exchange radio.
CONSULTANCY & TRAINING
Telectronics IT is committed to ensure that you get the best out of your equipment; therefore training is available for both simple and complex systems. Training is customized to suit each customer's requirements and covers all aspects in the operation of your equipment and any associated applications. Training for systems can be carried out at customer's premises, or our workshops in Limassol.
PROGRAMMING
Modern radio equipment (specially digital radio) is feature rich and we carry out its configuration to exacting standards. We are able to understand each customer's needs and therefore we take great care to ensure that equipment is configured exactly as per each individual customer's specifications. This is achieved by giving the customer a good understanding of the available functions, then carefully configuring and programming the equipment according to their needs and specification.
